What is Transcendental Mediation? I mean Oprah does it. Big name stars swear by. There are endless research to prove it. This practice has been around for ages but it became popular in the US back in the 50’s.

According to wikipedia, Transcendental Meditation is a simple, natural, effortless mental procedure which takes the mind to deeper levels of the thinking process until the conscious mind arrives at the source of thought, the field of pure consciousness—Transcendental Consciousness, Bliss Consciousness.

This process can be likened to a river which naturally and effortlessly flows into the ocean and gains the status of the ocean. It only takes 20 minutes to practice in one crossed legs sitting. You can practice it twice a day- that’s it, and your stress will be gone.

Stress is a killer. The whole point of doing this type of mediation is to eliminate stress in your life. How many illness will be gone when we live the un-stressful life?……..Many.
