SO WHY AREN’T WE DOING IT??
Why do we keep eating potato chips and not paying attention to stuff???
I’ve only personally figured it out myself just a handful of years ago, but it all comes down to a simple question in life:
What do we care about??
Not what do we *think* we care about, or what others say we’re *supposed* to care about, but what do WE – deep down inside – care about? What makes us truly happy??
We’ll get to more of this in a few, but first here’s an email I just got that spurred this post:

It seems like you just haven’t figured out your “Why” yet. Like, what the point of it all is for YOU.
What do you want out of your health and wellness? what are your hopes and dreams? What would you do today if you were healthier and didn’t have to worry about prescriptions drugs? What do you CARE about?
You need to focus on those and really figure out what’s boiling inside of you… Most people know how to eat healthy and the importance of fitness, yet they never do anything about it. You gotta figure out what drives you and then pull the trigger from there.
Meal of the week: GRATEFUL community bowl
I am taking a 21 day Vegan challenge therefore i will be eating plant based food for 21 days (today’s day 2). Before i took up the challenge, i thought i will run out of ideas quickly but after i did a lot of research i realize i can actually live on plant based lifestyle like any other lifestyle. The outcome to be determine but for now i am focusing on staying vegan one day at a time. There are so many great vegan recipes and i can’t wait to try them all. I spotted CafeGratitude a few months back while in L.A. Raw and they blew me away with their GRATEFUL community bowl consist of shredded kale, black beans, garlic tahini sauce, choice of sprouted probiotic brown rice or quinoa and i re-make it-Yum!
And of course knowing that i am coming back to the East Coast’s cold weather, i also had The BRAVE shot made with Lemon juice, ginger juice, turmeric, cayenne and a drop of oregano oil ??to help fight winter wonders.
